Enstilar Aerosol is combination medicated foam that’s used to treat plaque psoriasis. The two active ingredients are calcipotriol and betamethasone. Calcipotriol is a form of vitamin D that works by decreasing the rate of skin cell reproduction. Therefore, calcipotriol prevents and reduces the build-up of thick, scaly skin patches. On the other hand, betamethasone is a steroid; it prevents the release of natural substances in the body that cause inflammation. This medication should only be used on adults.

You should not take Enstilar Aero if you are allergic to Calcipotriol/Betamethasone.
