Epclusa (Sofosbuvir/Velpatasvir) is a prescription medication used to treat chronic hepatitis C in adults and children older than 3 years of age. Without treatment, chronic hepatitis C can lead to life-threatening problems like liver cancer and cirrhosis. People with this condition often have no symptoms and do not feel sick.
