Stresstabs with Zinc: Nutritional support during physiologic stress situations such as: alcoholism, burns, fractures, surgery and infection, inadequate diet. Stresstabs With Zinc are used to treat vitamin and mineral shortages in the body that may occur because of illness, pregnancy, poor nutrition, decreased absorption of foods through the stomach, and many other circumstances.
Stresstabs Plus: High potency vitamin B complex with vitamins C and E, and beta-carotene, selenium and zinc. Each tablet contains 10,000IU beta-carotene, 0.4mg folic acid, 15mg vitamin B1, 10.2mg B2, 100mg niacinamide, 11mg vitamin B6, 6mcg B12, 28.5mg pantothenic acid, 600mg vitamin C and 100IU E, as well as 50mcg selenium and 22.5mg zinc.
Stresstab Side Effects:
Possible Side Effects while taking various stresstabs are severe stomach pain or vomiting and bloody diarrhea. You need to contact your doctor if these continue or are bothersome. Less serious side effects may be loss of appetite, nausea, heartburn, and constipation.
What should I avoid while taking Stresstabs With Zinc?
There are no restrictions on food, beverages, or activities while you are taking vitamin or mineral supplements. Follow any special instructions your doctor gives you.
What are the possible side effects of Stresstabs With Zinc?
Stop taking Stresstabs With Zinc and seek emergency medical attention if you experience an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives).
Other, less serious side effects may be more likely to occur. Nausea, constipation, black stools, and diarrhea are among the most common. Taking Stresstabs With Zinc with food may decrease these side effects.
Side effects other than those listed here may also occur.

Other Information (Warnings)
You should not use more of a multivitamin than your doctor has ordered or more than the package label recommends. Some vitamins can build up in the body and can be harmful.

Multivitamins can turn urine bright yellow and stools a darker color. This is normal.
