Dilacor XT (Diltiazem CD) are long-acting tablets used to treat high blood pressure and control chest pain (angina). It’s in a category of medications called calcium-channel blockers and it works by relaxing the blood vessels, so the heart doesn’t have to pump as hard. It also increases the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart.
