Oxaprozin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve the symptoms (inflammation, stiffness, and joint pain) of arthritis. Oxaprozin from Canada may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Daypro Side Effects:

Oxaprozin side effects, that may go away during treatment, include constipation or diarrhea, nausea, or indigestion. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor. CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY if you experience Oxaprozin side effects such as swelling of feet or legs; decrease in amount or frequency of urine; unusual tiredness; itching; yellow color of skin or eyes; or skin rash. CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY AND STOP TAKING THIS MEDICINE if you notice any of the following unlikely but very serious side effects: black stools, persistent stomach/abdominal pain, or vomit that looks like coffee grounds. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
