Aromasin from Canada (Exemestane) is an aromatase inhibitor used to treat some types of breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Aromasin from Canada may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor. Aromasin from Canada (exemestane tablets) is used for advanced breast cancer. It is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat women who have gone through menopause and whose cancer has progressed after taking tamoxifen. Aromasin from Canada prevents estrogen from being made. In contrast, tamoxifen does not stop the body from making estrogen. Rather, it blocks estrogen itself on the cancer cell to prevent cancer growth.

Aromasin Side Effects that may occur while taking Aromasin include hot flashes, fatigue, increased sweating, nausea, dizziness, increased appetite, or unexplained weight gain.
